United StatesI ordered this sweatshirt (one of the last ones in stock) and the tracking number said it was delivered but I never received the item. I reached out to my post office with little to no help, and thought I would reach out to NeeSee’s to see if they had any info on their side. They asked me to file a claim, and a few days later I was given a store credit since the sweatshirt was out of stock. I was so thankful I didn’t lose that money and promptly purchased another sweatshirt. I will ALWAYS recommend NeeSee’s!
